Got all the motors/regulators out as well as all the switches! So they're in a box waiting for you 
looks like a pretty simple swap really, roll down the window half-way, take it off the track, remove the track + manual crank, put the motor where the crank was (all bolts are the same I'd imagine) and put the track that's attached to the motor where the old track was. Attach the window to the new track and badda bing, you have power windows.
