You say that you changed the IACV -- how did you set the idle? You would need to set the idle when installing the valve.

also,you can use carb cleaner or brake cleaner spray around the intake mani for vacuum leaks

Using brake cleaner is the stupidest idea on the planet, and carb cleaner is not so hot either.

I would use starting fluid, and that only works for manifold leaks. A hose leak is going to require hunting around and visually finding the hose that either wasn't plugged back into the nipple or finding the hose clamp that wasn't put back on. Finding cracked hoses will make you want to punch babies.

If you replaced the IACV, did you change the gasket as well? Did you also remove all the old gasket material before putting the new one on? The old gasket likes to stick to the manifold, and can be a pain in the ass to remove, but you have to to get the proper seal.

Might be a noob idea, but have you checked the TPS..?

I changed my timing once and accidentally left the tps disconnected, and the car did the same thing yours is.
