Vibration issues...
Alright, I know there have been a ton of these questions. I have searched but nothing is like mine.

Pretty much the issue we're having occurs only when turning right. The car has a vibration to it especially when you are on the throttle. I took the time to look under the car but the only thing that seems bad was the ball joint boot. Sway bar end links are solid, tie rods are solid and boots good. Axle boot looks good as well. Checked for slop in the wheel bearing and it didn't move. Axle nut is tight along with all others. Only thing that is not good is the alignment which I doubt could cause this. I was thinking of swapping a different control arm with a good ball joint just for shits and giggles. Any ideas or input is appreciated.

Bes sounds like it could be an axle issue . I would check them by twisting the shafts back and forth at the joint sorta like wringing out a towel to see if it has play in the joint . Also hows the intermiten carrier bearing look ? Also are you running "new" nappa axles they are junk . I would swap another axle in if you have one laying around to eliminate the axle being the problem .

Thats true. I will give it a try with another oem axle we have in the garage. The ones in the car are actually Raxle Axles which is another reason I put them out of the equation. It could be though. Thank you sir!

I would say it's the wheel bearing, personally, although if a tire is worn enough from bad alignment, vibration can occur... Maybe you should knock the axle out of the knuckle/hub assembly and spin the hub around and listen for noise. Use a long piece of hose or a stethoscope to pin-point any noise...

does it feel like the front end is grabbing the road putting the power down then it kind of pops out and has no power ?

if its like that its the diff.

if not check the a arm on that side for anything loose etc.

stratton.

I'm betting it's the left inner CV. My NX did the same thing. How low is your car?

The car is pretty damn low. About a fingers gap worth of space between the 205/50/15 tire and the fender. I switched the passenger wheel bearing and ball joint.

I am now leaning towards the axle. I actually forgot its an autozone special for the driver axle. It vibrates pretty hard WOT. Even cruising you feel the slight vibration. Say if your wide open on a bouncy road where the suspension is going up and down, the vibration goes away every time you feel the front go up higher.

It's the inner CV. You're bottoming it out. Replace it and bring the ride height up and it will be fine.

Makes sense. Just weird because its never done it before. Thank you sir! I will replace the axle tomorrow morning with an oem unit and report back. Hopefully it can then hit the alignment shop.
