Cranks but wont run, Hot spark and Fuel
Ok here goes guys I could really use some help on this. Im new in the B13 game, i come from stroked small block fords and carbs.

Picked up this B13 91 ser two weeks ago and i love it. So I started cleaning her up and putting her where she needs to be. Well my dash bulbs were blown so i picked up some new bulbs pulled the instrument cluster and replaced the bulbs. It was late and the sun was setting so i called it a night after changing the bulbs in the dash. Next day I come out to turn her on and she cranks cranks cranks and the motor turns over it just dosent run.

So i say lets go back to basics Checked for spark. Its got super hot spark.
Then i check if the pump is running and it is. I pull the fuel line under the filter and fuel comes out like a fire hose. Ok then i reconnect and pull the hose that comes out of the top of the fuel filter and fuel is flying out of ther aswell. Now im stumped i pull the plugs and the plugs look dry.

Checked compression and it was withing 10 percent of each other.

Are my injectors not driving or could I some how of shorted the ECM. Where is the ECM on these. And before you FLAME me I searched for hours on multiple forums for help but im still stumped.

The ECM on the floorboard between the drivers and pass, footwells near the firewall. Pull the panel @ the gas pedal and it will be staring you in the face. Seriously though, if you are going to get deeper into these cars, a FACTORY svc manual does wonders, screw chiltons!! You may have to be patient to find the paper version, but the disc can be had on ebay cheap....

I would be leaning towards an injector problem too.
If you want, you can pull the fuel rail leaving the fuel hoses and injectors installed. Have someone crank the car while you watch the injectors pulse. Put some rags down to catch the fuel.

if u messed with the fuel lines i hope u didnt put the lines backwards. check your maf and plug, and your tps and plugs. take a look at your engine harness and check for cracks or tears.. and change your fuel filter if u havnt done that.. check and see if your cylinders are getting fuel pull out your plugs and smell for fuel if not u got a fuel delivery problem..
