Thread: What Did You Do To Your B13 Today?

Not "today", but on Saturday I pulled the motor on my new B13 SE-R project in preparation for a new engine!

this weekend i installed miko's tranny saver bracket. let me just say, AWESOME mod. clutch now grabs about 2" from the top of the pedal, as opposed to 1" off the floor. oh and did i mention it feels nice and solid?

kinda worried about my TOB though, as i am using a brand new clutch cable and i could not adjust it out far enough to let the clutch arm release all the way.

is there any way for me to know if this is causing me any problems? symptoms to watch/listen for?

also, would switching to a 2.0L cable help with this any? i believe i bought the 1.6L cable (which i believe is shorter than the 2.0L).

just installed my B15 trasmssion in, new driver side axle. YAY..finally have fifth gear back!

installed rear hubs with extended ARP studs, mt90 gear oil, synthetic 10w-30 Castrol oil change with oem filter for VE.

I need Amber-lamps!!

Took some time and mistake but finally got it and working lol just need Speed sensor parts to come in then the MPH should starts running. Post up pix later when get the car back from Les Schwab.

Installed Octotat (Bolt In Bars) Triangulated RSTB Meet was great, Lucy got 2nd place for "best in show". Special thanks to Mac, Cryus, and everyone else at Final Speed Garage for making the event a success!

I installed some air horns I've had for many moons....oh my they're loud!





Still gotta hook up the relay but the hard stuff is done!

Installed new Carbotech XP10 front pads, tomorrow installing the Prothane engine mounts, did alignment, changed fuel filter, dizzy cap and rotor, installed new smaller battery meant for a GT-R, rebalanced the Enkei RPF-1s, bled brake fluid with new ATE Superblue DOT 4, reset idle speed and timing, and cleaned throttle body.

All this for preparations for track day at Barber Motorsports Park this Sunday as part of the ZNationals. Interesting to see what a '94 B13 LE 2-door will do against Z's and G's.
