Thread: What Did You Do To Your B13 Today?

swapped everthing over from the DET to the VE-T all thats left is to get some longer fuel line and longer vacume lines and I made the top feed fuel setup from the DET fit some how (tight fit! only temporarily)..in the morning she goes in and gets fired up for the first time..wish me luck!:o



putting the tranny back on is so easy this way..(both on the floor)

Drove it home since my friend overheated it... Next is a leak down test... Also found out that my b14 key works in the ignition... LOL I accidently used it to try and start the car and it worked

Removed engine and trans to start a basic rebuild. You know, rings,bearings, gaskets, timing components and the like. Nothing fancy. U12 DET from a Bluebird. The beginnings of a B13 overhaul...

Put in new walbro fuel pump..

didn't get a pic on the car but they look great!

Bought new cap and rotor for it after my rotor screw fell out driving on the highway and chewed up everything under the cap and sent the timing in to orbit ! Note to self put locktite on the rotor screw !

Watched it roll over 210k on the way to work.
