Replaced the high pressure power steering line and rinsed the car off with some ONR and my battery operated power washer (birthday gift) and it actually worked pretty good.
Went to 2 different places but neither of them wanted to touch the car since its lowered. The 3rd place was willing to do it for $85 if they could do a full alignment or $45 if they were only able to tweak it a bit.
Turns out they were able to do it all. I did forget to request a print out of the spec sheet so who knows if it’s aftually set to what I requested but I’m beyond happy that the car doesn’t pull to the side or tire squeal anymore. I’m taking a drive out to a friend who works at Audi to throw it on the alignment rack to see what the specs are at. If he wasn’t too far to begin with I would have gone to him to begin with but I really didn’t want my tires to get chewed up.
I was experiencing some wicked vibrations from my front end under acceleration and deceleration so I went to my dads shop and had a look under the car.
Turns out my driver side axle was pretty shot. Didn’t snap any pictures of that but I did get some of the shifter stabilizer bushing that I replaced. Shifting feels so much better. I might pick up another one and not modify is as much though.
No, not my car. Sorry for the off topic. Just thought this would be the best place for people to see it. Seems like this thread is really the only B13 thread that's somewhat active. My apologies for the off topic post.
