Thread: What Did You Do To Your B13 Today?

Today I Went & Had My Muffler Put On . Vibrant Muffler .

Installed Polk Audio DB series 6.5's in the rear of the XE. I was going for all four, but the mosquitos got the best of me. Bastids!

Installed Infinity Kappa Perfect 6.5's in the rear deck and the doors of my 1992 SER. 2 10inch Rockford fosgate Punch's in a sealed box going in tommoro. Alpine CDA105 and Powerpack Ktp45 on the way via Fedex!

This system is going to rock!

Im starting Not to like the DB's in my SE-R, but they do sound better than old lunchmeat tho!

Also, if I dont buy a new phone buy the end of the month, I'll probably get some Infinity's & maybe an amp & a 10" sub for the sealed box I got lying around in my storage

Yeah, I'm not thrilled with them but I'll reserve my opinion until I get the fronts in, too. The rears were the stock Clarions and the surrounds were completely undone from the cones. My ear tells me the fronts are FUBAR as well, although I don't smell anything funny.

I got the DB's for both the rear deck & the doors & the ones on the rear deck sound better! I had DB's in one of my previous p10's & sounded great, on the b13, not so much. Might need to hook them up to an amp to sound better!

I had DB's in one of my P10's as well and they did sound nice. I found my old Optimus (Radio Shack) 8" powered sub that I had in my first B13 circa 1994. I'm gonna put that in too when I find time. Wonder if it still works after over a decade of living through summers and winters in the shed?
