Did you get an O-Ring fitting for the rack?
If you didn't it will NEVER stop leaking. Get the right fitting.
(ask me how I know)

Well, i used the o-ring that came with the m14 rack fitting. It was an...aluminum (i believe) o-ring that fit right around the rubber on the fitting. Leaked right off the bat.

I bought a 9/16xM14 washer that has a rubber ring on the inner edge of the washer. Looks very similar to the one pictured in the thread. I am looking to change it out this week. I've been through over 4 qts of atf the last couple of weeks and i'd like to get this fixed before i do any damage to my pump.

You can add all the washers, of any material, that you want, it won't stop the spill.
You need an actual O-ring fitting.

This will NOT work... EVER...
