It's very simple. The 1/4 windows must be removed from the car. This can not be done with them on the car. Be very careful when removing the windows. If you have never taken them out it can be difficult due to all the OEM sealant that is used. Best way once all the bolts are removed have someone stand outside to catch the window while you push on it from the inside. Now this may sound crazy but, if you lay in your seat and push on the window with your foot centered in the middle of the glass it will work best. This ensures that equal pressure is on the glass and will reduce the chances of breaking it.

Pretty much the windows are held in my a ton of 10mm bolts. Remove them and use a sharp cutting knife to cut the rubber seal off. When installing them clean the surfaces as best as you can and use new black sillicone to seal them. Be very generous with the silicone. Allow it to dry and that's that.

Thanks for the detailed inputs for the removal. I understand how to remove the windows.... my main question is if you completely remove all of the original seal or if you just remove the part you can see from the outside of the car. It sounds to me like you have to remove everything and then glue it back in with silicone.
I actually for lucky and found a perfect set of quarter windows at a pick and pull, but was saving them for when I painted my car.
With that being said, I love the way the car looks without the molding being seen from the outside.
