It's very simple. The 1/4 windows must be removed from the car. This can not be done with them on the car. Be very careful when removing the windows. If you have never taken them out it can be difficult due to all the OEM sealant that is used. Best way once all the bolts are removed have someone stand outside to catch the window while you push on it from the inside. Now this may sound crazy but, if you lay in your seat and push on the window with your foot centered in the middle of the glass it will work best. This ensures that equal pressure is on the glass and will reduce the chances of breaking it.
Pretty much the windows are held in my a ton of 10mm bolts. Remove them and use a sharp cutting knife to cut the rubber seal off. When installing them clean the surfaces as best as you can and use new black sillicone to seal them. Be very generous with the silicone. Allow it to dry and that's that.
