Door hinge problem
I decided to change the lower hinge on my driverside door,due to door saging .Now the sag is worse WTF.....wat can it be?

check the pins on the hinges i have the same problem but its cause my pins are rusted and snapped at the bottom

The one I took out was rusted and snaped off bottom,but the one I put in is used and looked good...

same size pin? ive heard the b pillar seat belt mod took some weight off of the door u might want to look into that. i was goin to but i got enough problems with passing inspection lol

If they are used look closer there is a plastic bushing there that wears out.
If it looks like the pin is riding metal on metal,the bushing is gone.
I had some tht looked fine,until I compared it to a new one.
You can also pick up on the door and watch the hinge,you will see the problem for sure.

If your hinges look like this, that's why it sags
It doesn't have a closed seal:



They should have a good seal like this:
