Thread: Love my B13 again

I finally got around to replacing my original 212k motor mounts today with poly mounts and holy hell what a difference that made. There is no longer a popping noise on hard accel or hard decel or going over big bumps. The rear mount was so bad when I pulled it off the rubber insert with the bolt hole through it fell out of the housing I also put on a new compressor, new receiver dryer, and all new o rings on the entire ac system. And I also put in a new driver side axle. It all only took me ~3hrs at work with my lift and all the tools I needed The only bad thing that came out of putting my new mounts in was that the busted flex pipe is even worse now so I can't go over 70 w/o it screaming, but I got an apt to get a new one welded in tomorrow morning.

Now all I've got left to fix is my tranny, 5th is out. I've got a new one just haven't put it in yet. I also need to get around to putting my new rack and ps pump in, and all new lines for the ps system....this shit never ends with these old cars does it
