Is it worth it?
I found this locally thinking of picking this up. Be my first b13 but not my first Nissan. Have had multiple 3rd gen maximas. Couple boosted and z31. I have him talked down to $1200. Im not affraid of the rust Ive done rust before before. What you guys think. Im not sure what these are worth anymore.

Engine was advertised at having 50k miles.
Original trans, as far as I know.
Some rust and some bumps.
Some paint peeling.
2 Door with sun roof.
No power locks windows.
Cruise disconnected.
Started on me on the coldest of winter days, this past year.
Never left me stranded.
Did compression test last year. About 165 across the 4.
Can do this year before sale.

Upgrades.
AD22 calipers (from a Nissan NX)(slightly bigger than stock)
corresponding rotors
Stainless steel and teflon coated brake lines. All 4.
'96 SE-R wheels (15s)
Outlaw Engineering thermoblock spacers.
Simple spectre 3in cone air filter.
Ebay exhaust manifold to 2.5" exhaust piping.
Exiting through a magnaflow muffler.
It's a little raspidy and ricy, but not too bad.
Walboro 255lph fuel pump.
Nismo adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator.
Fuel gauge.
Faze oil pressure gauge.

Ya but i also will end up with bluebird top mount and stock turbo manifold and some 370cc so I might come out ok. If I get it there will be a build thread. I already have a nice t28 I built with a t04b compressor for it.

Looks like a good deal. I think it looks a lot better with the stock wheels.

Dude that looks like a pretty good deal to me. Verify that the engine is in good shape and is in fact low mileage. Do a carfax.

Im thinking the motor is jdm. He said it was advertised as 50k miles. Just like every ebay add. I know the guy from a local forum. Pretty sure its all legit.

Mine read 165 to 170.

The numbers being even is what counts. You can crank on them longer and it'll raise it up some more. There are a lot of variables, the gauge, was the throttle wide open, was the engine cold, etc...

Last time I was looking for chevy compression numbers in their manual, all it would ever say is over a hundred and no more than 10 percent difference or something.

I'd say jump on it.
