Did you notice that the flywheels are different weights? This means that the Fidanza (lighter) will give more benefit WRT enhanced acceleration and smooth down shifts. The F1 Racing flywheel is about halfway between the Fidanza and the stock flywheel in weight so there will be some benefit in acceleration and very little difference in the way that the clutch engages (it takes a little time (very little) to get accustomed to driving with the Fidanza - you might stall once or twice).

Some Fidanza flywheels throw a code on B14s - you might want to check this out if you have a B14.

Also, these are both straight OEM replacement clutches. I like to get something one step up for an SR20 with a couple bolt ones (don't know what you are driving WRT upgrades). So I would suggest that you try to find a flywheel with a slightly upgraded clutch or buy them separately. If you are investing in the labor to install a clutch and flywheel, you should get a clutch that is going to last a long time. I have had good luck with this reasonably-priced clutch:
Nissan Sentra 4cyl 2.0L 91-98 8-1/2" 5speed (06-057HP) Torque 221

I have one of these
XTD® PROLITE RACIN FLYWHEEL SENTRA G20 NX 200SX SR20DE : eBay Motors (item 350336323805 end time May-02-10 21:42:42 PDT)
on my b13 and it works great, sfi certified and made in usa

I used an act clutch because it was the only one I could find rated by torque.

well i drive a 92 b13 and my clutch is shot i just want something a bit better than stock as i do have a few bolt ons like headers and 2.5 piping with a magnaflow vrs echaust and a intake so im thinking the lighter flywheel could be a better option in the long run since i do want to add more parts like a ve head...??

the lighter flywheel is going to increase your rev so you are going to be able to rev up faster and downshift smoother like the previous posts if you go with the ur pullies and the lighter flywheel its going to be a nice setup with the ve head
