Sunny 4-fog bumber question

Can someone post pics of the backside of a Sunny 4-fog bumber??? I cant figure out how to mount the fog lights....I think either my bumber or my light is missing something.

There should be mounting brackets? Do you see any? Is it a JDM bumper are one of the new MDM bumpers?

i am assuming its a JDM bumber since I dont knwo what a MDM bumber looks like.
