vvl into b13
ive been reading alot of the FAQ's and post on vvl's. i plan on swapping one into my 91 sentra ser. car is going on 200k.. and the de is dead

while the motor is out what do you guys recommend to be changed out and renewed? i also plan on buying the lil things and getting the motor last since companies usually give you a 30 day start up warranty

i know i will need
header
calum basic
msd switch
what else? i want to have everything and have a fairly easy time swapping

anything else you would recommend to be bought before the swap or changed out

thanx in advance, located in ri if anyone wants to help me out lol

that sounds about right, you need a hose adapter for the heater hose, no biggy its cheap.. i also reccomend gettin a stage 3 clutch kit from Gspec.. also use the de distributor an just clut the lower leg off.. also swap the de IACV or whatever it is, you just put a wrench on it an take it off an put it on the ve one, that way you dont have to splice any wires, you will have to undo the harness to extend a few tho, no biggy.

also you will need to grind a tad bit on the bracket where the power steering hose connects, or just swap the de power steering on, OR the de oil filter adapter thing..

something i wish i would have done while my engine was out is clean and or paint the bay..

Not necessary. You can just remove the IACV from the VE and flip the valve that's held with 2 screws then it's going to be facing down and it's plug and play.
