More info, here's the rod ends that I mocked up these lateral links with:
Right hand thread:

Note that they're chromoly and teflon lined.
These should you run 4x $16 + 4x $20 = $64 + $80 + taxes + shipping = ~$180
You could of course use a different rod end, there is close to 1/4" extra room on each end of the lateral link before the rod end + nut combination bottom out on the actual rod... finding a cheaper rod end than this won't be very easy though.
As for the boots, here's Seals-It's site:

Now the RERS3 boots are what I used originally, and were a tight fit getting over the old setup, which wasn't as big as these new bushings. Though I don't have them, I would definitely count on needing the next size up, the RERS4 boot. The ONLY issue I could see is that the one side of the boot that goes down to the nut (the only side of the 3 that doesn't have the suspension bolt goign through it) may not fit snugly. Solution: zip tie it in place.
2 sets of these boots (which will give you 4 spares) will cost around $80 taxes in and shipped.
