I noticed you said you have an Ebay FMIC and IC piping. I'm guessing you're using the couplings that came with said kit that more than likely aren't any better quality. If they want to expand/contract when in boost/vacuum they could be your culprit.

Sounds to me like you have the same prob i did when i first bought my turbo nx i bet your blow off valve just vents to the atmosphere right . If this is true vent it back into the air intake pipe after the mass air flow sensor and you will have no problem .

I'm realy not happy with this set up at all. I've been thinking of maybe going with a top mount set up, dont care to make maDd powa's, I'm not a drag racer by any means, just keep it simple and some what reliable.

Ok so I recirced the BOV and moved the MAF to a draw through set up and the car is much more liveable, idle still hunts just a little but I am very pleased with the results of doing the turbo set up this way.

i'm going to have to take it for a spin to let you know if the results are good or not..
