Thread: Car wont start

soo i dunno why that didnt send when i went to go do it..

i noticed the new one has more tension but the old one clicked. It was a lil loose.
I moved it forward some by loosing and turning the bolt and the unit, then retighten it
now with less presure (without pushing threw the floor) it starts wit normal pressure

while down there i looked around a cable seemed to have a dent it in maybe the clutch was hitting that or my matt could of been any of them but thanks for the info guys i didnt know there was one, learn a new thing every day, great part of workin on more than 1 car

soo bascially having the clutch bypassed would solve all this but i might as well keep it incase someone stupid tries to drive my car and i left it in gear

for now (cross fingers) i guess i got a new starter for no reason... all well...
