Thread: POEMS TO BE WRITTEN... - B13 (Classic) Sentra SE-R Poem Contest

It’s been 19 years since Patrick Bedard wrote those words in the November 1990 issue of Car & Driver Magazine, and I have yet to see any poems that he foresaw. My guess is we’ve all been to busy modding our cars or working our tails off to afford more parts! So before we reach 20 years of wonderful B13 SE-R memories, submit your poems about the beloved B13 Sentra SE-R.

Winner will be forever enshrined as the poem writer of the Sentra SE-R at the 20th Anniversary B13 SE-R convention in (TBD) near (TBD) raceway in 2011. I’m going to attempt to get a hold of Patrick Bedard to make a guest appearance for the All-B13 Sentra SE-R event.

Great idea vqman!! That would be great if you could get Bedard to show - in fact contact Car and Driver and have them cover the event!! I'm a big fan of C&D. That mag was the main reason I bought my SE-R back in 1992!!

I'm going to need help from guys like you! Original owners!! people who've been there from the beginning. i didn't know what an SE-R was until the day I bought my 1994.5 LE (in 1995) and a buddy told me I should have got the SE-R instead... yada yada..... Told me about the 2.0 motor and how it was C&D 10 best... man I never bought a car again without having read 3 or 4 reviews of it and it's competitors again after that..

sent my poem in, Ive been in the community 8 plus years now. Ive owned three B13 Se-r's and one NX. I dont think i could ever leave the SR community.
