Finally starting to mod my Classic
So the first mod is an Active Tuning RSTB...

Although I did run across some KYB struts that I didn't realize are on the car when I was replacing a lug stud the other day.. wtf... stock springs and at least one KYB replacement strut..

A very worthy first modification.

KYB AGX's or KYB nothing-fancy OEM replacements? Just one strut or a pair? All four?

BTW, running KYB AGX's with the stock OEM springs is not necessarily a bad idea in any way. Better (and adjustable) struts, with stock springs and a quality aftermarket rear sway bar (Progress set on soft or medium) would be a real good daily driver suspension.

Welcome back to the game, sir.

B14 wheels or gtfo!

Is this just going to be a DD or a fun weekend car?

I'm fairly certain it's a replacement strut.. it's off-white.. I loved the progress set to medium that I had on my last SE-R, but it went on with another Active Tuning RTSB and I already had Hypercoils and shortened Koni's by the time it went on..

When I mod the springs/struts, it will either be either RM or Hypercoil springs (if I am lucky enough to find Hypercoil springs) with shortened Koni's again.. - OR -
progress coilovers..

I don't know which one yet.. shortening the Koni's will be a PITA, but it's still MUCH cheaper than the progress coilovers..

I have a set in storage, but I need to get tires for them... I'd rather spend the money on the NX brake upgrade right now.. and of course I'd have to shave off part of the caliper so it would fit under the B13 wheels..

Get the tires and brake upgrade at the same time.

Perhaps FSTB, or just wait to do springs/shocks first.

ahh completely understandable.

But there's no reason we can't formulate a plan here!

true, but I already have a good idea of what I want to do, except when it comes to my exhaust.. I'm not sure what I'm going to do about fining decent headers anymore.. now that hotshot is out of business.. .. I think I want S3 cams eventually, and full exhaust, but not before I finish my suspension and brakes..

Are you not wanting to buy an SSAC header?
OEM has mendrel bent exhausts for a decent price.

if you are looking for some parts for a b13 definitely let me know... I have a few things and can work with you on them. I need to get rid of my nx. I need room in the garage anything from suspension bits to brakes and everything in between. Check the sig.
