You could just get replacement fuel lines at autozone or something, that's what I did. They are not a Nissan-specific size. You'll just need to get a little creative to get the OEM hose protector off the old ones and onto the new ones (you'll see what I mean once you get them off).

Really? Damn. I knew the ventilation hose was different diameters at different ends, I figured this was the same. ****, that's another $80 I didn't have to spend. This is part of why I'm burnt out.

Yeah, it always seems to get you. If you take it off the car (and thus are not able to use the car until you put it back together), autozone/napa/etc will not carry the part and you'll have to wait 4 days to get the part from the dealer. On the other hand, if you think ahead and order the part from the dealer before working on the car, you would be able to get it at 1/10 the price from the parts store. Regardless, this will hopefully solve your problem!
