Thread: Muffler Suggestions??

Hi all,
I just purchased an Se-R and it's got a Magnaflow on it. I feel that it's too loud when on the freeway and when i'm on the gas. Do you have any suggestions for a better muffler for me to fit onto it? Thanks!

does yer exhaust have a resonator? greddy SP(if you can find one) is decent. not loud. deep, subtle sound. also i hear hks exhaust is quiet.

i have a magnafow XL it was pretty loud when i put in on, so i put on a 20" resonator iirc.. and its reallly quiet... just like stock muffler...

I'm not sure if it has a resonator. I'd assume it does not have one. I'm thinking about getting the Greddy SP, but i can't seem to find one. I wish there were some Remus' still around!!

Greddy SP is probably the best sounding exhaust. I wish I could keep it when I go VE =/

i have this muffler and i love it! sleeper status! just make sure you have a resonator cause this is a straight through muffler!

I also have one of these on my SE-R. It looks awesome but, its loud as hell.
