How to find out if motor is JDM or USDM

im trying to pick up this motor from this one local guy, and he tells me its a jdm sr20de motor, but looks exactly like my usdm sr20de motor, is there a way to identify if its jdm or not...?

is this just the block, or head as well?

jdm has no egr stuff ,thats the first clue.

well pretty much to identify both head and block....but for sure i know the motor is a high port

look at the intake manifold...usdm has egr and jdm doesnt

IIRC there is no difference in the blocks, just the heads (mostly EGR related)
