Wheel fitment?
Would a 15x7.5 +20 wheel fit and not rub after fender rolling and a spacer?

What size spacer would be needed?

A +20 offset will put the wheel further out of the car. Even more so with a spacer.
I really don't think you can fit these without a roll, pull, and some serious camber.
Even then it's iffy.

Well from what I have read, people who had tried to run 0 or +15 offset have had to run spacers in order to clear struts or control arms. I was wondering if this might apply with these wheels as well.

You read backwards.
The lower the offset (even negative), the more the rim of the wheel will be pushed away from the center of the car.

I know how offset works. But some times there are clearance issues with running lower offset wheels.

Your clearance issue would be with the fender not the suspension I would think.

A spacer is not going to help, it will only make things worse. If you have stock ride height you might be able to get away with those wheels with fender rolling and skinny tires.
