Thread: what rotors?

the car is a b13, and there is a hole for abs so I guess I need the japan built because the us built says without abs. I just want to be sure before I order, because I know that parts stores have these brake systems all screwed up. when the moron behind the counter ignores that the car is a se-r 2.0 you end up with front calipers when you wanted rears

Try your local junkyard first man, I picked up a perfectly good rear caliper for $30. Just have fun laying in the snow to remove it

I guess I should have been more specific in the post I'm looking to replace the rotors,and pads, but I'm finding there is two different part numbers one us built the other japan

The Japan built usually denotes the NX2000.

Later us B13 SE-Rs did come with ABS.

What year is your car and does it have ABS?

If they are for AD22s you just need to get the non-abs Japan rotors. All the US rotors are for AD18's

the car is a 91 e model no abs, but this stuff was swapped on to it I bought it this way so I'm not sure where it all came from.

if you look at the knuckle pic I'm pointing at the blockoff plate where there was probably once an abs sensor. on my lcd monitor at home I can see it, but here at work on this crappy crt it all looks black.

It says right there on the caliper you have AD22VFs.

You have NX2000 brakes. I don't believe NOPI carries rotors for them.

the site says they have brembos, but where would you get them from? I also need pads if you got suggestions for good streetable pads that don't need to be hot to work

Nissan OEM pads are fine for the street.

As for Brembo blanks, since I don't have NX brakes I can't help you, sorry.

I ended up getting a friend who works at ntb get me some rotors from napa for $19 each. I have to wait for them to come in, but they said they will be 257x26mm
