It only takes 30 sec to swap the glass. But the angles are still set up for a rhd car so you still can't see everything. The mirror work great a night on the highway so you don't get blinded by highbeams.

When I tried to mount my glass from the USDM the rubber around the glass did not fit my JDM mirrors. I had to switch the glass from the rubber pieces.
