Somthing a little different. (b13 front bumper)

My friend just went on a cruise and the ship pulled into Mexico and he took this pic of a B13. He just sent it to me. I have never seen a bumper like this before.

It might be from another car but, I think it looks OK. Considering we have very few options.

It looks like it came off a Sebring or Caravan.
