Looking at the part #'s in this thread it looks like the rear rotors are the same. Fronts appear to be different. So you can at least use the rear set-up from your B14. http://www.sr20-forum.com/rds-performance/7559-brakes.html

you can swap rotors. i used b13 rotors on my b14. the b14 rotors are about 2 or 3 mm bigger though.
