From what I've gathered, to keep the lines from intersecting you just be sure that no numbers from a lower load are higher then a higher load and same kinda goes for rpm.. so If one colum has 25s the next one must be higher, say 30s for example... hopefully that makes sense..

I noticed that. Slowly things are starting to make sense to me. There are so many variable even tuning on a map. But for the most part, everything is pretty damn easy. John revised my timing map for me and everything has been acting much better. Cruising AFR's are still high, but building boost has leveled off to around 11.6 and the knock isn't pulling timing anymore. I cant play with the SD table just yet, I need to weld in a better bung for the IAT. And it doesn't help that the nx doesn't have shit for air flow across the inter cooler.
