Thread: Need BIN ASAP - B13 Avenir 8.5.1 DET / N60 / 370 3bar

Hello All,

Trying to get my car running good and safe so I can finally enjoy my investment and 1.5 years of building it but having a hell of a time finding a good tune.

Build Info

B13 92 SE-R w/Calum Basic ( need a tune )

• 370cc @ 3BAR
• T25
• N62 MAF
• AVENIR DET 8.5.1
  

I cant seem to find a good tune for this basic setup thats safe, I have no way of making it to a dyno anytime soon.

Heres the tune I got as a base tune from JKTUNING ( car runs and idles )

Car starts up and runs ok at idle but when driving ( slowly while monitoring the wide band I see the following )

14.0 - 15.1 light load part throttle

13.0 wide open throttle low rpm in third going maybe 30mph

18-19.1 decel no throttle ( normal )

This seems really unsafe and lean ( Trust I didnt beat on it ) - Running Innovate LC1 w/Gauge

Can anyone supply a decent SAFE tune so I can enjoy my car for a little before I can find tune on a dyno.

I found a few other tunes around the web but I have no way to verify.

Does anyone have a BIN they care to share from their WELL running B13 with AVENIR ( id even paypal a few bucks ) If I cant secure anything soon
I may just go with a JWT, I just dont have time to get to a dyno " none local " and want to enjoy my car.

Havent drivin in 15+ months and cant wait to enjoy a little. Someone has got to have a great running BIN this is a common setup.

run your fuel pressure at 4 bar and use the other tune... idk about any of these tunes on here so work at your own risk but if you need a tuner let me know

I will in the future, But as of now does anyone have any bins to share? Or can anyone review the bins I posted? Id hate to by a JWT if I dont have to but I will if I dont come across anything soon.. Wanna enjoy my car before winter which is approaching fast.

What are all you Avenir Swapped 370cc guys running on? Seems to be a very common swap I dont need the most tuned to a T Tune. Just something safe that I can enjoy.

Isnt there a stock tune dumped from the stock Nissan DET ecu around the web somewhere?

If your can't find a tune you trust. Why not buy a det ecu for now and run with a corresponding maf. Def a cheaper solution until you get a tune.

Send me a PM and I can send you an updated version to suite your car.. I don't have a problem modifying the one that you have to work and I wouldn't charge you anything to do it.

Just make sure you have the chip offset correct when burning the SST chips.

I dont have a chip burner as of yet, Looking for one now to buy. Ill get these burned asap and test.
