Thread: Need Bin: SR20VE Calum Basic

I need a bin to burn on my calum basic for SR20VE swapped B13, OBD1 ECU.

Stock cams, VE MAF and Injectors, USDM Sensors, 8000RPM Rev Limit.

I do need to verify this, as I am hearing different things from different people. The car is acting as if the temp sensor is not connected, fans running and car driving rich. Does the ECU care what temp sensor is used or do they all read the same? The current bin is the only thing I can see being the issue as I have checked everything else.

If you have an OBDI ecu you need an OBDI USDM sensor. Do you have the JDM sensor in there?

It's wired for the usdm sensors, figured it would be easier to replace than finding one that came with the motor. I don't know if the current bin running on the ecu is for the jdm or usdm sensors.



Thanks for the link, but does that have the rev limit too? Is there a way to check over the bins before burning them? This isnt for my car and I want to make sure I am getting the right bin before putting it on there.

and yes the bin i posted has a 8,000rpm rev limit!
