I think the guy that tuned did 14.1 from 12's AFR's on the base ecu tune and it went from 172hp to 179hp after that we messed with Base timing and 13*BTDC made 181.2hp after that, we stopped messing with it. I'm pretty sure somebody with more VVL experienced would tuned with better results.

Yeah, get down those AFRs to 13:1, they are doing nothing up there but make you run lean and lose power.

I migth just get me a wideband and learn how to adjust with the AFC and then get them down to 13.1

set the base timing to 15deg since it's a DE ecu. More power there too.
