I'm running in STL class which should have around 70 cars. The class allows full aero and engine swaps so the top of the field is full of fully built engine swapped civics, integras and lots of fast miata's. I plan to Send It! VIR being my home track and basicly just a stock DE with full suspension work and bolt ons. So a win for me will be upper mid pack. but we will see the race will be Friday Oct. 11th around 12-1pm if anyone wants to make the trip out to VIR to watch some racing

Well... That didn't go so great. I had an overall great time and was getting faster all week qualified 27th out of 36 by turning my personal best after having to wrench till 1 am replacing the small coolant hose connecting the transfer pipe under the intake manifold on the block. YAY that was fun. Well during the race on Friday i got a great jump on the start and picked up 5 spots on the first lap and then half way thru the second lap the engine let go and i lost compression after a long strait and slowing and back on the gas. Week ended with me pushing the car on the trailer and drinking a LOT of alcohol. Not sure when i will tear into it to see what let go but it was an unfortunate ending to an overall great week of racing
