Oh hey I just noticed this. What do you have for a radiator cap? Water boils at a lower point without antifreeze, so you'd want to raise the system pressure to compensate.

heat rises .what if you were to put lets say a 3 inch hole.put one of those grille inserts is it on each side of your bumper along with a hood vent.that way you bring your cold air in from the bottom and hot air escapes from the top ?

I haven't built one myself, but i've observed a lot of setups. You basically just want to block off air from having a path that isn't through the intercooler/ac/radiator. It doesn't take a huge opening to make it work either, as you want to take advantage of the Bernoulli effect.

Could probably do something like this:
