Thread: Whos going to VIR in Feb

I just signed up for group 3. I will also be doing the karting and trying to do the Patriot circuitcrosses as well.. Might as well pack all the time in that I can get.

Do I have to do HPDE's before entering something like this? Or is it just open enrollment?

This is HPDE's. They are holding races at other times of the day.

Is there a chance of ice or snow around this time in VA?

The February event has a history of shitty weather, from what I've heard... I might make it to VIR later on in the year...

3. Bushings - Control Arm, Shifter Stabilizer, Anti-Sway - check..full ES set
4. Tower Bars - check..Ebay / Active Tuning
5. Brake Shield Removal - check..Fastbrakes
6. Brake Pads - check..Hawks
7. Brake Lines - check (whatever came with the Fastbrakes)

8. Tires - I was planning on switching from my boost roasted Ectsas to Azenis, might be able to do it in time

9. Pedal Covers - Sounds good. Im six feel plus and wear a size 13 shoe, and in tryig to teach myself how to do this, I became frustrated very quickly, anyone else have this problem?

10. Supplementary Restraint - Will look into this soon.

Do any instructors use mic/speaker helmets for very loud cars?
