It's nothing like being there in person. Glad you liked. Something different. When have we ever seen a real DTM car out of it's element.

yeah it was really cool to watch.

although i do love watching dtm races when i can catch them on tv.

i love the fact that it was broadcasted live on the web, alot more races should due that, since cable/sat some times doesnt have the races on at all ;(.

No not there this time. We now learned that the Audi was on wet tires and David was on slicks. That made the difference.

i was there, i dont think there has ever been a bigger crowd, just for this showdown of the giants, epic doesnt even describe the roar when they came down to corner three side by side and the audi almost got side ways to take the lead on the first lap

I was supposed to go down for this event and could not get the time off. I remember going on the track when I first got my license. Definitely an experience.

The house on the hill is owned by my cousin. Her husband who build the track died in a helicopter crash years ago.

Gore's new Audi looks amazing... BUT I'm just going to leave this little old picture right here..
