Thanks for the input. I'll try your suggestions and see how it feels. I do have a Progress control arm brace...one of the best things I ever put on my car. I have ES bushings on the front end-links. A front Progress bar is in the plans because I plan on getting a revalve to a softer "rally" type setting.

I see that you have your rod end mounted under the spindle. Do you have modified control arms? If not, how does it feel? It seems to put the tie rod at an extreme angle that way.

I took a look at my tie rod ends and found that I have the 2 skinny washers on top of the spindle, which is just as thick as the copper washer.

I could not see the bar or the bushing clearely.
I made an illustration in the bolt and knuckle. I hope you can see it. It's not the washer thickness. It needs to fit into the ridge on the bolt.
My car is alot lower than yours. The control arm and axle is at an exterme angle. The tie rod is flipped to the bottom to help correct some of the angle. The Progress front swaybar end link bracket is very thick. I trimmed away some of the bracket to make room for the tir rod.
