I can tell you that I "did not" buy my cell from that company.......

Update Sparktec offered to ship the cell back to Aeromotive after waiting a month nothing, so i email asking about my cell and they tell me "one of their partners forgot and never shipped the cell back to Aeromotive" after an email they want me to pay for shipping after they promised me they would take care of it in exchange of me retracting my Better Business Bureau claim..

Another update It seems as Sparktec is holding on to my fuel cell i have sent Fed Ex to pick up my package since March 6th and still no luck.
What can i do about this?
I have never had to deal with ass clowns like these people.

if you bought it via credit card, start a claim. state your position, what you did and they will give the money back. takes like a week or 2 usually but you make it between the cc company and sparktec.

He prob paid cash for it, no reason why he would go through this much trouble in the 1st place.

I hope no one would ever pay cash for something this expensive, but if you did, then I would think it could become a legal matter, especially since if you paid cash they must be local.

No sir i didn't pay cash and they are located in California.
And i have an Update it seems sparktec motorsports will not make my fuel cell available for Fed Ex to pick up even though i am paying for the shipping.
