Never heard of the oil seal leaking issue. Can't imagine it's caused by the pulleys. If you want to know what the Gspec spacer is all about, you should read this:

Replacing front main seal is recommended with this install. If you are ham-fisted and monkey the seal up at any point you can get a leak. Also if you don't install the new seal right it can leak. I would bet that is why people complain of this mod causing an oil leak.

From what Ive seen. THe belt size depends on what alternator you have and what pulleys your putting on. It wont always be the same belts size every time.

and btw when I say what alternator... i mean that the JDM alty's seem to use a different size pulley then the USDM. THe Ve I got had a Dif sized pulley on the alty then the USDM VE. The pulley n the ve was slighlty smaller (knda drunk)

Which one do I put them on? My SE-R is boosted and maybe needs some hp (and a tune) but my NX is due for some bolt-ons and that could be more needed hp for a stock dd w/223k. I'm afraid of getting wasted by my homie w/W10/s4s though. Grudge racing and all @PIR.

id only do undriven pulleys on a n/a motor.

high hp high tq motors imho spit the belts off due to the short wall on the aft pulleys. this happened to me on my 10:1 motor and caused rod knock. well i had to drive home so i said **** it time to upgrade.

How did you catch rod knock from the drive belts coming off?

UR pulleys are awesome. Shame I can't use the UR crank pulley I have on my DE for a VE motor. I'd recommend UR pulleys to anyone with a DE or DET block. I don't run the WP or PS pulley because I dont have a mechanical water pump or a PS pump. But if I did I would go with UR.

Ive seen a DD 423 WTQ FWD SR20 with UR pulleys. Its never popped a belt. It's broken trannies and a few axles before but never popped a belt. Belts pop off because

A) People overtighten them.
B) People don't tighten them enough.
or
C) An accessory pulley seizing up causing the belt to break apart.

Rod knock didn't happen because your belt fell off. Ive had a belt snap before due to a pulley seizing up. No rod knock here. I was smart enough not to drive without a water pump.

i want to get one of these for my RR motor. i just want to use the Crank pulley though. i keep reading that i would need a spacer for my water pump or something...

Also is a regular DE UR pulley different from a RR and VE crank pulley?just wanna make sure that i purchase the right one.

I already have a UR crank pulley lined up to buy for 90$ but if i need a spacer it might just be cheaper to get a Gspec Pulley and spacer from Gspec since they do have them on sale right now for about 130$
