Shout out to #PERFORMANCEPLUS! These traction bars allow me to lauch hard on the street! I mean real hard! Put it this way, They used to say, "1st gear is useless on a VE" I beg to differ. Good job brotha!
On a side note.
IN MY OPINION: the car handles extremely well to the point I don't realize they are there (which is good) I've taken a lot of corners both low and high speed etc. When removing the front say bar like a lot of individuals do, it allows more oversteer which is true. At the same time you get a better steering response as well and so forth. Well, with the TBars Equipped, you get that except less sloppyness during suspension transfer.
I tested them from 25 inches (where its been) to 23.25 inches (where it's now) measuring from fender to floor ride height. This way I can get a great feedback on suspension for most users and their different ride height. The non adjustable bar that I have sits 3.25 inches from the ground and has not scrapped at all at height I am at which is the lowest I will take my car. I am rolling on good progress (mono) suspension with 16x8 RPF1's hugging on 205 45 Federal RSR 595's.
With my 16x8's the inner rim rubs the bar at 90% turning radius
when I'm making a "U" Turn. You "most likely" won't rub on 7 inch wide rims. (Haven't comfirmed yet)
Ive gotten a handfull of PM's inquiring about them on facebook so I figured I'd re-share a great product and my personal feedback.
I will be hitting the strip soon to see my 60ft times next.
