how much vibration does it bring into the interior with a solid mount?

held for two years. The front dogbone mount doesnt hold much. It does assist in keeping the motor from rocking back but it really doesnt hold the motor up. Hell ive ran without one for a while without issues.

A good made solid piece would be great. In other words no bushing at all. Once piece from the block to the crossmember.

I used a $100 harbor freight welder so cant complain too bad for holding for 2 years.

NOT AT ALL. I have to tell ya thou, once you start tig'in its a whole different ball game.
