Camber/Caster plaes finally installed
This was a pain in the but but I finally got it done. Thanks Mark for taking all them phone calls all your assistance
First let me point out that on my car I still may need to mode a few thinks to get it to work properly. Car is at the alignment shop now so I will report back when I get the car back.
First I greased the top sliders

I also greased the seat, 2 washer, bearing washer and corn top hat, this is the order of installation (Left to right)

Order

assembled on the spring

Washer drilled out to go between strut nut and slider bearing to prevent any binding that could occur

Tool of choice

Everything assembled on the spring and ready to go in

I had to grind away at the tower on the car to help with the movement of the strut. I will find out if I took off enough when I go to pick up my car from the alignment shop

Will take a pic of it installed on the car soon!

I had a problem with more caster on one side then the other so I'm hoping this corrects my problem. Stay tuend!

Well because they couldn't ajust them much my caster is still off. Right now I have Left camber -1.1 caster +2.7 toe +.14, Right camber -1.4 caster +2.0 toe +.12. It drives fine so I'm going to live with it right now. Final pics

Took one of the bolts out to get allen head type which I still can't find

^^^, Nope, they can go either way. It just helps center the bolts when adjusting caster.

Update
Had to purchase new bolts with smaller heads to go through the top plates to allow for more movement underneath. The seat was hitting the bolt head. With these new bolts I now have plenty of movement. Notice the bolt on the right. It provided more space in the area where the seat and sliders move.

Mark you might want to include a bolt with this type of bolt head, this will allow plenty of space for movement (adjustment). Also washers will be needed to go between the nut on the top of the strut and the sliders.
