Can anyone get me some dimensions so I can check?

not knocking you product anyway, but i just want to state that:

BE WARNED about using these on a DD/street car....these are going to increase you front end rigidity, which is fine for the track, BUT not for a DD, the reason is your stregthning a MAJOR crumple zone.....so if you were to get into a front end collision with these, your car is not going to handle the shock/crash as it was designed & all those forces from the crash instead of hitting the crumple szone & making it crumple, that force is goin to be sent trought the cabin & into the driver......

these should ONLY BE USED ON THE TRACK & not on a DD

(theres a fine line between functionality & saftey, & these tetter)

Would be interested in a set for the gtir and i am sure you will sell a lot of them in the uk
