The sunroof fillers would be super easy for you guys to make and manufacture and I don’t think the other guy that made these is selling them anymore.

I'll try those things you mentioned above. I eliminated the power steering though. I just like to steer with 1 hand on the road that would make it alot easier for me that's all. I do agree with the sunroof filler. Last Guy I know that made one was the guy from syndicate customs.

If you want to lose weight take out your sun roof and put a sun roof filler in (an idea for you guys at OEM, easy to make), take out your headliner, and lose some weight off yourself. Keep your weight down low for a lower CG. Plus, that much aluminum will NOT be cheap or easy to manufacture.
.

The cross member weight should not matter too much to have a affect on CG if it has the same measurements and keeps the engine in the same general area.

Is it possible to make a engine Fan blade upgrade for stock fans one that would increase the cfm's sort of like the Fal design. Because I know that stock 4-5 blade ain't the best design. What do you guys think? http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/images?p=fal+engine+fans&fr=yfp-t-152&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8

Bumpsteer kits and control arms. Anything to fix our wonky suspension geometry.

Crossmember would actually be a good idea. You could also make it so moves outta the way for the turbo outlet on avenir style setups. Let's see if I can give an idea.

=__0___/----0---=

0's are where the motor mounts would be be connected to. Wish I had an extra crossmember, I'd try to fab something up.

A full-metal slim fan that could be placed inside the engine bay with small turbo setups so A/C could be installed.

Slim fans between the radiator and intercooler dont allow for A/C condenser rad

Hmmm, my top 3 would be:

Beam bending service at your shop
Front qtr pannel braces
Unibody frame rail "butterfly" brace

Flyin' Miata's butterfly brace:

I know someone was working on developing a butterfly brace for the community a long time ago, but I guess the project fizzeled.

Along with that I would like to see a cold air box made maybe with a sealable top half. One that won't heat soak maybe with piping and scoop to bring in fresh air in the driver side fog light area. Also able to be bolted down in the stock battery tray hardware and location. Toss in some overkill engineering logo scribed into the top that would make any engine bay look as sick as it functions. On another note some intake manifolds with velocity stacks, with a eliminator kit to run the coolant away from the manifold. Turbo version / and....N/a version would be nice... a very decent price would be extremely attractive as well. Also Anodized/powder coated (functional) tow hooks? Individual throttle bodies?!?!?!....Help me out guys I am running out of ideas.....
