I take it that blue putty around the rear end of the pivot bolt is some sort of thread lock or anti-seize?

^^^yeah,Topdog,thats blue locktite,its available at any autoparts store.
I went to OEM with Tearoffguy,and also had a bar installed while I was there as well.It fit great and went on smoothly(once we got my stripped out fubarred Control arm bolts out,lol).

I got the bar installed a few days ago I have to say it was a very smooth process. Less than 20 minutes all together. So far so good, It has not scraped anything yet. I did end up replacing the factory nuts for some reason they were threading tight.
