Couple questions for you guys. We are draing up the grill now. When I test fit the headlights today I noticed they are not a 100% bolt in app. My question is, when the car is modified, will the headlights be at the stock or factory location front to back? or will the lights be sticking out? Question is, becasue if they stick out then the grill will need to be thicker, so the lights contour the grill better.

Because of the shape of the lights they do stick out further than the stock lights which are more recessed. Best to make one grill, test fit then make a decision.

Oh for sure thats what we are gonna do. I just did not wanna make a grill that was off from the get-go. But we got it all mocked up today and are doing some fixing to the drawing on Sunday before we send the drawing over on Monday.

We got the proto done in plastic today. We should have one made up here in ALU soon. It just takes time. But were not giving up any time soon.
