Actually yes. I contacted my CarbonFiber guy, they wanted $400 each plus 1000 proto fee. I am in the process of trying to find a carbon fiber guy or fiber glass guy. If you know someone please send them my way.

So you trying to find a cheaper carbon fiber guy right? what area do you live in?

it doesn't have to be cf. Its just gonna make it more expensive.

Agreed, so I'm assuming he doesn't have a fiberglass guy at all...

Ok guys. My CF guy never got back to me. I am getting a quote for Fiberglass version.

i dont think many people care if it carbon fiber or not.. fiberglass would be good if it done right or maybe like abs plastic like what they use on original parts. not sure just some ideas.

I have a guy that will do them in Aluminum. Would that be of any interest to you guys? They would be able to be customized in the middle with what ever you wanted. 1/8 thick sheet metal. Then I would PC them.

aluminum? how would that work? just curious

We can make them out of sheet metal aluminum. They would look very professional like our gauge holders.

Aluminum is too heavy and would affect performance j/k!

At this rate I would take anything as long as the price is not through the roof. I'm guessing it would be as much as a CF grille would be but not as cheap as fiberglass. would they still be honeycomb in the middle or mesh?
