SOOO what i was thinking was just getting the pipe down there then offering different size couplers that would adapt to the 2.5" or 3" inlets?

Is this wrong??

3" pipe all the way to the turbo with different sized couplers available (or sourced elsewhere) to mate up to turbo inlet. Seems great to me (although I'm technically not in the market for one). I've already made my own. Very happy with the results.

Now you had one pic of some ridiculously long pipe that was sticking out of one...

the other option I will offer is a different size nipple for all those different style BOV dia's

hugh hugh ?? Hows that sound??

I would think in the WAI range. Let say $100 shipped if I can make it out of standard piping. May be more if I need custom pipe bent like on the WAI.

My BB Avenir seems to be 2.25 .

What would be awesome is an intake pipe with recirc line and breather on it, and would clear the battery

That's the stock GTi-R pipe... Not sure how popular that one is. I was going to use it, but ended up not going with it. You could recommend those people cut their pipe short (I think it's 2.25" or smaller) or just buy the ATP adapter. I wouldn't worry about design around that monstrosity, but it's your business, not mine.
